# script running

Whenever I go to the list of threads in the Pit, it hangs and then I get a warning about a buggy script. This happens every time. It seems to want to happen in ATMB too, but there it just hangs. The buggy script is apparently –\> Script: [http://cdn.viglink.com/api/vglnk.js:19](http://cdn.viglink.com/api/vglnk.js:19) which I think has to do with ads? But I’m signed in so I shouldn’t have trouble with those?

I’m on a Mac running Firefox if that makes an difference.

There’s already [a thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=802485) going about that specific issue.
