I believe this entire liberal vs. conservative issue is about to be settled, as **december’s** seminal study (sorry, **Scylla** ), **Why Nearly All Serial Killers and Other Bad People Are Liberals** is shortly to be published in the _Journal of Irreproducible Results_. The text is a closely guarded secret, but I have been able to obtain a list of the paper’s references, and they are little short of stunning. An excerpt follows. **REFERENCES** 1. I happen to have it on good authority that there was an additional reference that you missed : "I read it in a book by some op/ed author, here’s the cite at [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com) ". 2.
