I logged onto the chat site per the instructions given…but no one else was there. Could someone please e-mail me (or at least post an answer in this topic) to let me know when is the best time to go to the chat room? Thanks very much. ---

evenings are the most hopping, but I’ve seen people there at almost any hour. I chatted with Ayesha, but then I messed up, had two windows open. The minor rock star I talked to is Jim Pembroke but he is only known in Europe, and now, in a few clubs in Kansas City. His band was Wigwam, broke up 1978. More at my homepage in a few weeks.See the TM page. ---

I’m not gonna read this old thread, but this info may well be outdated. The SD chat channel can be reached on Undernet-servers as #straightdope.
