# SD Chat Room

Would this board benefit from a chat room(s) or would it chip into the good posting to too great an extent?

This has been discussed before, it really doesn’t fit the culture here. There was an IRC channel and it was almost dead all the time.

Also, having a chat room would get the Board re-classified by blocking software at workplaces.
