My vote is for Monster. And no I’m not being bribed or manipulated in any way shape or form to say that. OK, i confess. He offered me chocolate, money, and sex. But I still do really think he is cute. ---

_Tell ya what . . ._ Had I the body and face of Brad Pitt, I would still think this a stupid idea. Here we are supposedly battling ignorance, yet still we can condone these “pretty boy” contest threads. How would our great talent of female posters take to a “Female Beauty Contest” thread ? Its silly, pointless, and . . . . mundane. OH. OK. Nevermind. Gotta love the internet, its where minds matter not shirtless pics of our bodies do. Well, at least not most of the time. I don’t even deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as these incredibly worthy people: **Monster104** , despite his youth, obviously has the makings of a real heartbreaker on the SDMB. He’s on **ssskuggiii’s** and **tiggergirl’s** laminated lists (two lists that I never made). **Wally** acknowledged him. Hell, he’s on **Lexicon’s** list and Lexicon is a _guy_. **Iampunha** , well, what can you say about someone who had women swooning over his shirtless pic and voting on which picture should go up on the people pages? He even got one of _my_ biggest heartthrobs, **Michi** , to explain to him sexual practices over IM. (Michi barely acknowledges me on this message board.) Iampunha starts a thread with **Montfort** to pick and choose who to flirt with, and the women are _flattered_: hell, if I tried that, I’d probably be tarred and feathered and have a restraining order filed against me. **Democrites**. Well, he already has the incredibly attractive **Psycat90** as a wife, and two beautiful children. Why does he need this title? How superfluous would it be? He’d no doubt put this title not on his mantlepiece, but somewhere in his garage or basement, along with other kudos long since forgotten and appreciated. On the other hand, this title, if it should be bestowed on me, would honor me greatly. I’m still reeling from horrible showings on previous polls: IMHO male slut, IMHO prom king. (Think Mondale, Goldwater and Dukakis.) It’s true that I don’t have a picture up. But that’s because my self confidence was scarred horribly in a very tragic accident. I’d love to tell you that I’m really good looking and am just terribly shy, but unfortunately, the attendees at the recent LA doperfest know better (BTW, none of them have voted for me. What does _that_ tell you?)
