I could do it Tuesday evening but that’s about the only option I have. I’d rather try to get two or four more and wait. I don’t think playing with 8 is going to be very fun for anybody, everybody’s team will be too good and the skill required will be lessened. But if we have to run with 8 and do it tonight, see y’all then. ---

It’s less than ideal, but don’t forget that drafting after the season starts is an option. The pre-season draft cheat sheets go out the window, but everyone is working with the same information, so it’s fair. ---

True – I’ve always felt that drafting after Week 1 is underrated. But unless we get a couple of cancellations or can expect to get to 10 by waiting, probably best to go ahead with the draft tonight. ---

It’s a little late for this, but adding roster slots is a way to reduce the all star effect of a shallower draft, giving people more room to distinguish their rosters. You’d have like an hour to get people to weigh in. Maybe a flex slot or two. Hope this doesn’t come across as back-seat commishing - just trying to offer suggestions. ---

Maybe an extra two bench slots too - enough to start to get closer to the depth of a 10 man league. ---

I’m fine with extra bench spots, two is ok, but I like how this league does no flex spots. It forces you to make tougher decisions on sunday. ---

Ok, how about a 4th WR, then? Simply put, there are a shit-load of de facto starting WRs in the NFL; starting just 24 of them per week is really not digging very deep. ---

Whatever decision or changes you make, they have to be entered more than a half hour before the draft I think. ---

I am completely flexible. If we’re stuck with a 10 team league, I would want an extra starting roster spot just to differentiate the teams a bit. See you in a bit. ---

So, if we can find an immediate 10th I’d be happy to reschedule the draft, other than that I think \*\*dale \*\*may be out of luck on this one since we need an even number.
