I will wait until after the new server is up, which will probably take at least a week, but then the ballot will be nicely done, and I’ll have time to start the pitchers’ ballots. ---

Okay! Okay! I’m sorry. 🙂 Thanks everyone for all your votes. Here, with no more undue delay, are your Hall of Fame picks for center field: Willie Mays Joe DiMaggio (a nation turns its lonely eyes to him) Mickey Mantle Ken Griffey, Jr. Ty Cobb Tris Speaker Duke Snider Larry Doby Billy Hamilton Richie Ashburn This was by far the LEAST close vote in the SDMB HoF’s first seven ballots; the tenth place finisher was Rich Ashburn, who had more votes than the two guys tied for eleventh combined. The left fielder’s ballot will be up soon and I will post a link here. Thank you all very much! ---
