So, before even using IQ scores and g-factors as evidence of some racial intelligence/achievement gap, we’re not even sure if these tests are comprehensive enough to measure the range of all forms and manifestations of human intelligence. 4. And most of all: It has not yet been defined what the definition for “Negro,” Oriental," or “Caucasian” are. So without this simple starting point, there’s absolutely zero foundation to even begin an honest inquiry in the matter. ---
