Off the top of my head, I’d say anything out of Studio Ghibli. I’d have to watch _Metropolis_ again, but I’m pretty sure it didn’t have any. ---

Dude, anything that makes people drool is fanservice. The fans want to see the big transformation sequence at least as much as they want to see bouncing breasteses. Think of that long sequence where the SDF-1 fires the main cannon. Fan service. The loving closeups on the Veritech transformations. When Vash’s hand detaches and you see the trigger pop down and his finger pulls the trigger and the gun fires. The transformation sequences in Magic Knight Rayearth, especially, IIRC, the one with the glasses who took forever to get her weapon… and then the Magic Knight summonings. ---

I’ve noticed this quite a bit in anime. In Evangelion it seems like it takes twice as long for them to get ready to fight as it actually takes them ot fight.
