Happy that you like your present 😃 All the dutch guys I game with love cooking and eating, so I figured it was a reasonable guess 😛

You will actually find some familiar recipes in the book, early American cooking in this area comes from both English and Dutch origins [part of my heritage is based in Nieu Amsterdam before it became New York:cool: so 1/100th or so of me is Dutch, Van Patten]
