Work insanities have kept me from posting much lately but somehow I’ve found time to do a little lurking. Imagine my suprise when the dirty little secret of _sucking up to mods_ was fearlessly exposed!

At last! The guilty, sweaty, titillating **truth** was dragged into the open. Catharsis is at hand {rim shot} and Suck Up Doper Victims can vent every shocking, degrading detail.

The threats and fears; the dreadful punishments for breaking capricious rules. And the alluring promises and fabulous rewards for compliance; ah, the guilt!

::sobs::

My name is Veb and I’ve sucked up. But…::snivels::

**Euty** promised a personal Dark Angel In Leather Moderator home visit.

**UncleBeer** threatened to barbeque _my dog_, basted with Bud Light, and then post the recipe.

**Lynn** promised to pay off my mortgage, fry my enemies with thunderbolts and help me lose 10 lbs. in exchange for obesience and chocolate.

**Manny** vowed to scrag my retirement fund if I didn’t “play dumb”.

**Arnold** …omigod, and he looks so harmless. I can’t go on.

Tell your story. No excess is too wretched for these people.
