# SDMB depression group?

I need some support, going through a lot of stuff now, and my other bipolar BB has become difficult for me due to various reasons.

Seems like there is a small group of Dopers with bipolar, depression, anxiety disorder, etc. who formed a separate BB. I just can’t remember the name or how to access the site. Maybe even a mailing list, to stay connected with others who understand all this s\*\*t.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I am under direct care from an MD, but talking it out with others is very therapeutic for me.
