But gains must eventually come at the expense of another, and this seemed my best option (not to mention an opening I’ve never attempted before.) No hard feelings? ---

On on our Dip 983 page: 1. The SDMB thread link doesn’t go to this thread, it goes to a 5-page thread on some previous game. I assume this is unintentional. 2. For me, I can’t get the picture of the map at the bottom to come up. I tried it from home this morning and figured it was my computer or something, but it doesn’t work from school either. Anyone else having this problem? 3. My name is misspelled. Nitpicky, I know. But I guess I’m vain. Also, about ‘press’… How does it work? Should we email it to **Jonathan Chance** and he sends it out to the appropriate parties? Sorry about all the questions. Just trying to keep things straight since I’m new and all. And I didn’t want to ask questions about strategical things like press once the game already starts – you know, like asking in the middle of a poker hand “If I _hypothetically_ had a flush, would that beat a straight?” ---

FTR, is this an NMR game or not? (For newcomers, an NMR game in one where, if you fail to turn in orders on time, all your units just hold for that turn. A non-NMR game means that JC will try to get ahold of you to get your late orders while the rest of the players get pissed off.) ---
