Welcome to year 16, and I gotta think this makes us one of the longest running dynasty leagues on the internet.
I’m going to steal the fine work Jules did on last year’s thread and just use his format with some updates.

I could not find any trades that affected the draft this year, but please correct me if I’m wrong. We had the issue last year of changing the rules about balancing the number of picks/players in a trade but I’m going to have to look that over some other time because there’s a lot of discussion and I can’t remember the conclusions. I may post again after I re-read last year’s thread to clear up any pending points of order. If there’s anything you wanted to propose or remind us to do from last year please post it.
When the league auto-created, everyone was auto-renewed, which means I don’t know for sure who is actually around since no one had to renew their team manually. So I would like confirmations that everyone is good to go for playing this year by posting to the thread please.

Last year I traded my 2024 1st as part of a deal with Omni [here](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/sdmb-fantasy-football-dynasty-league-year-15/988186/167). Because Omni traded his 2024 last pick to Retro (linked later in this post), I am getting Omni’s penultimate pick this year

My mistake. I used the in-thread search function to search for “trade” and that didn’t come up, but I guess that’s because it only shows you the first 50 results unless you go into the settings / advanced search function. This is why I need to re-read the whole thread. Thanks for the correction.

I did that exact same thing with the exact same search parameter, and also found nothing. But I remember specifically I had at least one, so I went through more closely.

Weird off-season. I had three players on my roster with ages less than 31 years old, who retired from football. Did not see that coming. Guess they got their championship with me, and decided to dip out.

But for now, there’s my list.
