Sorry for the late [year 18](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/sdmb-fantasy-football-dynasty-league-year-18) thread, I had to re-read last year’s thread and keep track of a bunch of rules and bylaw discussion to see what needs to be hashed out this year. There are still a few things I’ll have to post up for discussion later, but most of the thread is in place now.
