He’s a Steeler. It’s amazing he got suspended in the first place. He’ll probably clean up, but even if he doesn’t the league will find a way to look the other way. I’m thinking 12 touchdowns this year. ---

Sure, you’ve been a reliable and good player in our leagues for about a decade now, you’d certainly have my vote if we needed you. There’s not much turnover in this league though - only twice in 9 years have we had to replace someone. Which is fantastic, because the whole point of the league is the long term competition and familiarity. But if we should get a space open I’ll definitely suggest you. Also, I’m probably going to be looking to trade up a few spots this year from the 1.06. I’m not sure exactly where yet, or what I’m offering, but I thought I’d start floating the idea if anyone is looking to move back a few spots. I’ve got three second round picks and I’m always willing to consider player deals. ---

Now that the league is renewed I can check the projections for this year. I have the #1 projected QB, 4 of the top 15 WRs, a top 5 RB (and one more in the top 15), and the #1 TE. Also possibly Josh Gordon. There’s always hope. Have a nice season. ---

I would expect the draft to start about the same time as last year’s, maybe a day or two earlier – say, August 26th or so (regular season starts 9/7). New thread coming tonight or tomorrow – until then, take a first look at your keepers, and feel free to check in here so we know your back. ---
