Still plenty of time on the new owner draft, but it’s moving a bit slower than I hoped. If you guys can, see if you can find sometime you’re both around and just crank out a lot of picks. ---

I think we probably forgot to mention that, after your picks, you should send a pm to the next person so they know they are on the clock. We do this during the normal draft each year to keep the ball rolling. ---

Ol’Gaffer did say ahead of time that he was afk all weekend, so his first pick taking 62 hours gets a pass. But now his second pick has been on the clock for 24 hours, which has me concerned not just for the new owner draft but also for the full draft next week. He hasn’t been on the boards since yesterday at 5pm. Going 28 hours without checking the thread when you’re about to be on the clock won’t work for in-thread drafts. ---

If you guys want, go ahead and PM me your lists of who you want, and I’ll make your picks for you. You don’t have to do the whole set now - it can be a few just to keep it moving. You can make your picks and then PM me your next 5 preferences or whatever. ---

Is there a rule about offering one of the two new owners a trade (from the current rosters of returning owners) in the middle of their draft? ---

I don’t see why there would be. I guess you would just finalize the trade after their roster was complete, or something. ---
