I added $40 to the FAAB for both \*\*dale \*\*and **Stringer**. As I said before, my personal preference was for sandwich picks next year, but it’s the kind of proposal that, IMO, has to be dropped in the face of any significant objections. If we had some in favor and some “meh” votes I would have gone ahead with it, but we had some real resistance. ---

Yes, sorry, dale and Retro. I got it right on the league page, fortunately. To change topics: holy shit, Ryan Grant is done for the year. This is mostly notable (to me) because I have Brandon Jackson in 3 of my 4 fantasy leagues (including this one). I don’t even really like the guy, I just happened to wind up with him. ---

Remember to get waiver claims in. I think they get processed Tuesday night/Wednesday morning at midnight, but I’m not 100% sure. FAAB is a silent auction system - you put in a claim (by finding the player and clicking the add button) with a bid amount, and if you have the highest bid, that’s subtracted from your year-long total and you get the player. ---

I get wildly overconfident at the first sign of success and I’ve only had a decent game and a really good one. Still, I think my roster was way better than 12th place last year and underachieved. Crap, I’m gonna need 15 points from Michael Crabtree tomorrow. Doable, but unlikely. I was so happy last year when I drafted Matt Ryan — young, fantastic rookie year, good WR1. Unfortunately, he’s a better real-world QB than fantasy QB. Had a big today today, by unless this becomes the norm my franchise is in trouble. (Also, it would be nice if Larry Fitzegald and Calvin Johnson got back on track.)
