Wow! I learned two new words today - [slamfucked](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=455813) and [gormlessly](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=455819)! This board is so educational! 🙂 PS Is it possible to be gormlessly slamfucked? What would that feel like? ---

I am both enthralled and amazed at some of the insults – they are simply breathtaking. Oh, and I’ve used “slamfucked” more years than I can count – it’s literally a reference to when a place of business is so slammed, they’re fucked. ---

**Canadjun** , neither of those links was clear about the meaning of the words. I can guess that _slamfucked_ might mean that restaurants on VDay would be packed to the rafters, with all the cooks and waitrons scurrying around, unable to keep up. Oh the other hand, _slamfucked_ might be a sexual enthusiasm, similar to a woman’s first date after breaking up with a boyfriend. 😉 _Gormlessly_? In the manner of having no _gorm,_ I guess. Okay, I just looked it up. M-W says it means stupidly. _Gorm_ apparently derives from _gaum_, which meant “understanding” in the dim past. M-W offered no help with _slamfucked_. ---

As I stated in my earlier post – and as you correctly guessed – it means a place of business is so slammed, they’re fucked. Meh. It works. ---

I pioneered a new term a few years back: “hate fuck”. We didn’t like the wife of the owner of the restaurant, so we said that if we ever had the chance, we’d (consensually, mind you) “hate fuck” her. It wasn’t about love. It wasn’t about romance. It wasn’t even about getting off. It was about a vulgar display of aggression…well…during sex with someone you very much dislike. ---

Very enlightening. Last night I picked up sushi for the very reason that restaurants are a mess on VDay, and the place was crowded, the staff harried and confused, the wait time way too long, people without reservations were being turned away (with many an unhappy male accompanying a female wearing Victoria’s secret underneath)… In trying to explain the scene when I arrived home with dinner, I could simply have said: That place was SLAMFUCKED, and there were some GORMLESS guys without reservations who will be begging for nookie later! ---

A grudge fuck is essentially a race to orgasm. A hate fuck is just fucking the snot out of someone and not in a fun way. Usually demeaning things would be done/said. ---
