Dollar amounts?! Come on, people. Just give your money and quit patting yourselves on the back. And don’t tell me you’re just trying to determine how much the Dope has contributed, because you’ll never, in a million years, get an accurate idea. This is just crass. ---

I donated to Red Cross, talked my roommate into donating, and also skimmed some out of the pot (with the players’ unanimous approval) of the poker tournament I was hosting last night, bringing the total up to **$7,310**. Oh, and **Ogre** : First, go watch the scene from the Simpsons episode with Krusty’s father in which they debate whether one should give charity publically or not. And then, bite me. ---

Furthermore, telling a moderator that you’re going to continue doing something you’ve been instructed not to do doesn’t fly very well.
