$25 to the Salvation Army $40 to the Animal Rescue Fund in Lake Charles Bought towels, diapers, wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, baby blanket and lotion to assist the displaced victims who have come to our county. I plan on donating blankets and clothing later this week. ---

My vast generosity now puts our total at $10114.15. Glad I could make a difference. 😉 ---

$520 plus a match from my employer. I made an offer to the local office here to match the first $500 that others put in, all of which the company matches again. Total $11154.15 ---

$25 donation to the ARC, matched by my webhost (of all companies). $25 donation to [firstbook.org](http://firstbook.org), which is matching each $5 in donations with a book. So, assuming we’re tracking all Katrina-related donations, the new total is: $11,679.15 and 5 books. ---
