No, there’s usually about 15% or so, although almost all end up voting Democrat. Republicans always think they are going to win more of the African-American vote than usual, because the polls tend to read like 80-10 with 10% undecided close to the election. But you’d be surprised how many African-Americans are willing to give the GOP a fair hearing. ---
