  Perhaps we should have a rule that the winner has a limited time to supply the theme for the next month, and if he doesn’t, that it falls to the runner-up.  Not sure how long the deadline should be, but ten days into the next month is way too long.   Perhaps we should let @Mean_Mr.Mustard select the theme and if he comes up dry, pass it down to @Crane. ---
