I remember “insluted”!

I miss DEVILFISH.

I remember the Ebonics thread, which was my firebaptism, and conditioned me to stay out of topics which would be GD material here.

I remember Whytewitch.

I remember changing colors and fonts with the chart at the top of the window.

I remember thread splitting, which is why I only post here and not on MFSD or AFCA.

I remember those high school girls who knew each other; one had a boyfriend named Diego, they were in the same youth group, and one was hacked off because the other one’s mom wouldn’t let her have wine on New Year’s. What the heck were their names? I think they’re still active on MFSD.

I remember the posts about breastfeeding, and La Leche, the Milk Nazis, as one poster called them.

I remember Spitfire vs. Mustang.

I don’t remember most of this stuff. Not because I wasn’t there, but because I have a _terrible_ memory.

I do remember the ::shudder:: Prayer at Graduation thread.

I _think_ I remember when Contestant #3 first showed up.

I remember that ChrisCTP never did do a birthday profile for me.

I remember a little from the AOL board. Nothing in particular, just that I went there a few times. I also remember liking UBB much better.

I remember Jason Petralia’s blindingly atrocious old sig.  
I remember the “Iggle” sig.  
I remember “Kiss Kiss” and “LOLOLOLOLOL!”  
I remember filling MPSIMS with my inane yammer and mewl.  
I remember crying while I read the board, trying to escape for a bit from my stupid, abusive parents, and finding support when I most needed it.  
I remember feeling like I really belonged. Here, I just feel kind of lost.

## I remember when MPSIMS was the Titanic wallpaper thread too. I think JaxAshby was a little before my time, but I have had the displeasure of viewing his website (ewww). I also remember Chevy and the odometer wars, and Ben Abbate and his whole “ageism” schtick. I don’t remember actually reading the tow truck industry thread, but I’ve heard a lot about it from other people since then. I was also around for the condiment wars, even tried to get involved in it by becoming the ketchup king’s toadie, but I guess he wasn’t looking for any new hires. I also remember (even if nobody else does) that George refused to talk to me in the chat room because he said I was “mean” to him (I mean, come on, I don’t have a mean bone in my whole damn body). I also remember being the one to post something that sounded so painful to men that Ranger Jeff announced that it would take the Jaws of Life to unclamp his legs (he said something funnier than this, but I can’t recall exactly what it was anymore).

I remember my first post that was a test and TubaDiva kicked it over here so that I could be very, very embarresed, but then I thought who’d remember, but now I see what really long memories you guys have, so I guess I’ll have to go hide in shame forever.

So us newbies now know that all our mistakes will be remebered forever.

How about all those word and trivia games we used to play in chat? I remember tearing up at those, back in the day. Oh, and the chat where we all tried to name Jeff’s band! That was hysterical.

Do we all remember the difference between a uterus, an ovary, and a vagina?

How often has it been since anyone asked Alan if all dogs go to heaven? And who was it that figured out that his left-wing video store should have been called Red Tape?

And how about James moonlighting as JohnGalt2U, with the entire MB trying to figure out who he was? Someone needs to drag him on this board.

As far as this board goes, I’ve been here since almost the very beginning, so I remember it all.

I remember when you could read the Guy Stuff thread in less than an hour.

I remember felching. (You know what I mean, dammit!)

I remember Brithael vs. Byzantine. I also remember palidors, GuanYu, and the rest of that particular troll infestation. After the trolls we’ve seen lately, I might even go so far as to say that I miss them…

I remember heatherlee. I first showed up right in the middle of one of those periods when she posted about twelve sex topics, all in her inimitable punctuation and capitalization-deficient style. And I thought, “Gosh, this is annoying. Maybe I won’t come back…” I’m glad she’s gone. And I’m not the only one…

I remember being brought on board a UFO, being placed on a table surrounded by bright lights, while an alien took out a probe and… whoops, wrong memory.

I remember my first visit to the TMHP, and discovering that nobody looked anything like I pictured them.

I remember the “Hands up, this thread is going straight to Cuba” thread. Which it promptly did.

I remember falling off my chair laughing several times, though specific examples elude me.

I never come to MPSIMS anymore. Nothing personal, I just don’t have time to go over the whole board now. But I hit the wrong button, and I think what the hell, its been a while, I wonder what they’re talking about over there. And the first thread I click on, they’re talking about me! Gosh, **pricciar** , I didn’t know you cared. I did tell **Conn** –er, **Krispy Original** that if enough people asked, I’d finally tell. Maybe soon. I’m warning you, though, it ain’t much.  
I remember when I lived on campus with convenient internet access and could check the board every day.

I remember finding this site when it was brand new and people were wondering whether it would take off after AOL kicked Cecil off.

I remember waiting a long time to register because I couldn’t come up with a screen name. Thank goodness I didn’t wait to come up with a sig, or I’d still be lurking.

I remember Cessandra’s Prayer at Graduation Thread, and never reading what finally happened. I keep meaning to go dig that out of the archives.

I remember having a bit of a crush on Cessandra. :o

I don’t remember much else. I knew all that drinking and drugs would kill brain cells, but it was supposed to be just the weak ones, the ones that deserved to die.
