# SDMB Pick 'em league

There’s a new stat column in the leagues - total points. And group points still remains. The total points are all zero - I suspect that the total points is the preadjusted score before dropping a week. If that’s the case, then it appears that dropping the week only affects week after that setting was made - not retroactively. If that’s the case, sorry to people who missed picks already.

You’re right… I’m in another pool, based on recruitment from sports message boards (so you’d think they’re more knowledgable than average at least), and we only have 6 left (including me), with 11 incorrect picks.

Blah, sorry, that’s why you preview. “Stuffy’s picks” is supposed to be bolded, along with Isotopes. Everything else was done by error.
I almost swept 2 leagues this week. The only thing that prevented me was the homer pick of CLE vs CAR. In the confidence league, I went 14 for 14… all the favorites won this week. I feel boring just going down the list picking favorites, but that’s how I felt the games were gonna go this week.

I’m in 3 survival leagues, and trying different strategies with each.
What do you guys think of the idea of just picking Oakland’s opponent for the rest of the year? I’d have to find someone else for the second divisional games, but it might not be a bad idea…

Nah, they’ll win a few games. I’d go with Green Bay’s opponent. Although I’d start my running backs against the Bucs’ D this year. Besides TB’s opponents are tough this year, so chances are you’ll have used up many of the good teams by then.
