Just a bump to remind folks there’s still plenty of time to enter a poem. ---

I’ve received two more poems - the one that **cmyk** mentions above and another one by **becky2844**. Outstanding! We now have just under 47 hours left to run. Best wishes to all. ---

Sent! Our house was pretty hard hit by Irene. Only got power back Thursday and cable/internet Friday. Grateful for the extra long deadline! ---

Three more poems to acknowledge this morning, from **appallinggael** , **jackdavinci** and **maserschmidt** - well done, everyone! Fourteen hours until the Sweatshop closes, and thirteen hours until I start the Anthology Thread. I can’t wait for people to see the results this time around. ---

> [@jackdavinci](#): > > What were you mistaken about? I wrote my draft in TextEdit, and the version I just reread had one of the requisite words spelled with an “a”, rather than the alternate “e”… then I checked what I sent in the email, and it seems I corrected the spelling there. I was wondering if a thing like that would’ve disqualified my entry, or if it could simply be fixed from **Le Ministre’s** end. All it moot! Except… WERE’S THE ANTHOLOGY, ALREADY?! _I live in the future!_ ---

The Anthology Thread can be found [at this link](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=14222589#post14222589). I’m posting the poems and putting kids to bed at the same time - hope I get it all right. ---

If you post a poem entitled “Putting You To Bed Has Raised Another Grey Hair, You Seaspawn!” then I’ll know you’re confused.
