# SDMB Reported Attack Site! Message

While browsing the Dope, this warning webpage loaded instead of the thread I clicked on: [http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/forumdisplay.php?f=12](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/forumdisplay.php?f=12)

It said that I was on a “reported attack site” and gave me button options of “Get me out of here!”, “This isn’t an attack site” or “ignore warning…”.

It’s a “Thing” now, and there is a big long thread about it. I wonder, other than the warning messege, has anyone actually been affected by malware?  
Speaking for myself, no.

Not that I know of. But if these warnings keep coming, and nothing happens, we are in \*The Boy That Cried Wolf \*territory, so I hope this shit can get fixed.
