While I’m a fan of the-more-the-merrier, you don’t need an even number. You were just going to randomly assign a giver to a recipient, weren’t you? 'Cause if you pair people up, you automatically know who’s giving to you when you get your assignment. But you did know that, right? Just ignore me… ---

Yes, I think round robin is better because then you really don’t know for sure who your SS is. You give to one, get from another. ---

Good morning, all! I’ve just sent out all of the e-mails. We had two late sign-ups, but that’s no problem, I incorporated them all. Now. It’s December 3rd now. Let’s make the (hopeful) deadline for shipping December 15th. (Try to make it earlier if you are shipping international.) [ul] [li]If you find that there is something incorrect in the e-mail I have sent you please respond to me ASAP. [/li][li]If you are shipping significantly later than that, please post in this thread.[/li][li]Please post when you have shipped, and when you have gotten your Secret Santa so I may cross you off the list.[/li][li]If something happens and you are unable to ship please send me an e-mail so I can substitute someone else.[/li][li]If you don’t get your package for a long time post in this thread and I will chase down your Santa and shake them down.[/li][li]If you have not posted your requests, please do so so your poor Santa isn’t confused and gets you a packet of peanut brittle when you are desperately allergic to peanuts or something.[/li][/ul] Go to it, everyone! I’m in now too! I spent a lot of time in my car and at my cube at school. I don’t cook much, but I like to sample new foods. I’m unable to use gifts of soaps or skin-care products, except to enjoy the scent (sensitive skin) Local items would be great. I like surprises. Happy Secret Santa-ing! ---

I forgot to post what I would enjoy for Christmas. Cool pens. Anything mother-of pearl. Any kind of machine that’s a toy–i.e. those windmill type Christmas things that run off a candle, or old tin wind up toys, or a clapping monkey. (Scratch the clapping monkey, it’ll come after me when I sleep!) Lures-but only if you know what you’re buying. Anything local to you. Really I am easy, anything would be appreciated. ---
