Thought about putting this in ATMB, but Let’s see how it flies in MPSIMS… We were driving down I-81 in southwestern Virginia a week or so ago, and saw a sign saying ‘Certified Business Location’ as we entered some county or other. I’d seen such signs before, but was inspired to look up just what the heck that meant.
