I’ve been a very consistent pound-or-so a week (my goal is a half pound). I’m a pound ahead of my goal of 205 by year-end, and four away from 200 (hopefully by Feb 1).
And I’m still eating cheese fries.

Lost half a pound today - hardly worth going to weight watchers for. That said I did eat out quite a bit over the course of the week so that’s probably more of an achievement than I realise.
