Anyway lets get back on track. Hippies being naive below the 70th Parallel in the Ross Sea. _Go._ I’m really curious how this is going to turn out. Though apparently the Nisshin Maru is illegal under some new international maritime mandate due to the amount of waste it pumps into the environment or something of that nature. Maybe Paul Watson will ride a Torpedo Slim Pickins style and just sink the damned thing. ---

I personally support the Sea Shepherds because they use direct action. To all those calling them hippies, pull your heads out of your heads, hippies don’t go ram their ships into their enemies’. Thank you for your wiki cite, minon and/or alt. Of course, were you a real lawyer instead of someone playing a legal expert on the internet, you’d probably know that personal property includes such things as computers. Specifically, the personal property represented by computers are a subset of personal property known as tangible property. Oddly enough for someone who isn’t Smashy, you seem to share his habit of citing things that you can neither read nor understand. ---

The episode isn’t out yet, but in the preview I noted a look of surprise and alarm on the captain’s face during the collision. Hippies **do** crash by accident. Hippies with ships is a pretty small subset of hippies in general. So, I’m not convinced you have a large enough statistical sample to begin drawing conclusions on the behavioral habits of seafaring hippies in general. Maybe they do ram their boats to save whales. The only reason I started posting was because I was concerned about some of the things being said that are defamatory. I am not a “minion” or whatever it is you wish to call me. I live in the same city as Smashthestate and I happen to have more direct contact with the issues at hand simply due to proximity. And as for the Sea Shepherd, I don’t think people can accidentally “ram” their ship into another ship, not under these circumstances. It seems like a lot of you folks who are so far away from what you are criticizing feel like you have the knowledge and experience to treat it like its garbage.
