I keep searching for an old Thread in Advanced, but it only loads a blank screen. Issues? ---

I just tried a few searches and it seems to be working fine for me. FWIW, I’m running Firefox on Windows with Adblock Plus and NoScript, with NoScript set to allow the SDMB but will block pretty much anything else. If all else fails, you can try a google search. Just add “site:straightdope.com” (without the quotes) to the end of your search words. ---

I get the blank screen frequently, and it then tells me I need to wait 120sec for my next search. Chrome on Win8 with ABP. Search is really spotty these days, so I usually don’t bother and I go straight to the “site:straightdope.com” Google option. That’s faster and I can search as many times as I want. ---
