The thread archives [http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/archive/index.php/](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/archive/index.php/) lists threads first by forum, then in hundreds of index pages from oldest to newest, then by 250 thread titles per page. Short of accessing thousands of index pages and doing a find in page search on them all, is there any way to do an archive search?

Don’t think so, this is just a quick view of the archive. I’m tickled you can see anything, really. The quick view version is also read only. Ultimately all the archives will probably look something like this.
