Although a quick look at Wikipedia shows that Quizmaster John was wrong (I know, shocker) – Bacardi was originally from Cuba (his answer for “which country Bacardi is from”), but is in fact now headquartered in Bermuda and produced in . . . Puerto Rico, exactly where we guessed it was from. Damn! If only we’d known to argue. ---

He said it was from Cuba? How on earth does he think it gets sold here if it’s from Cuba? strangely, I do know an elephant’s gestation period, from when Chai’s baby was born - of course, they won’t ask that next week. ---

That whole Cuba embargo thing was why we quickly rejected that answer when **Aguecheek** brought it up. **Saltire** and I were originally thinking Jamaica, but **Lady Aguecheek** convinced us to go with Puerto Rico. We were off by 2 months on the elephant gestation period (we said 23, his answer was 21), and he gave people a 1-month window. Very sad. ---
