She’s awesome. I commissioned a piece from her a couple of years ago and she was incredibly cool to work with. We sat on the deck. When the final score was totaled, we got only 22 right. But that was good enough to tie for first. And we lost in the tiebreaker. Bah. ---

Bah is right. Mildly frustrating because we did guess correctly for several answers, but there were also several answers where we discussed the right answer but went with something else. ---

Can’t make it tonight either, as I’ll be picking up **Lady Cheek** at the airport. On another note, I probably won’t be able to show for some time, as I’ll be in rehearsal for a play opening in Sept. I’ll have to look at the schedule a bit closer to figure out which dates are good, but for the most part, it looks like I’ll be AWOL. **Lady Cheek** , on the other hand, still intends to show. ---

! Pish and tosh. Although I’m quite certain we won’t be seeing _as much_ of you, $10 sez you’ll be allowed to forgo screamin’ kids for at least one night every now and again. Of course, that’s with the caveat that you return the favour sometime. Play runs from the 9-25th of September. I don’t have a large part by any means, so if your wife’s in, y’know, labour or something, don’t feel obliged to show. ---
