We could just have the word Smack in every title, kind of like the old Smurf run. Jonah’s Smacktastic College Fund, Smack this Quiz Up, Smackin II:Electric Bugaloo, The Quick and the Smacked, Indiana Smack and the Temple of Smack. Smack, It’s What’s For Dinner. Smack to the Future. Ok, I kind of feel like Bubba from Forrest Smack at this point, so…Smackcrest Out! ---

Yes, **Jonah’s College Fund** is $110 richer. So we split up our winnings, each promising to invest them in the manner we thought most suitable. Such as pull tabs, or sandwiches. Rejected team name: **stargazer-shaped hole**. ---

I spent my portion of Jonah’s College Fund on booze and whores. Just think of what I can teach him when he’s 13! Anyway, is anyone interested in doing Kate’s next week on Monday, just to shake things up (or I can’t make it on Tuesday and still want to play)? **Interrobang!?** also mentioned Jabu’s [QuizNight.net Seattle](http://quiznight.net/venue/47) , which is also a Monday venue. ---

Oh, that’s right. I’d better start writing some questions. August 27 shall henceforth be known as VK Day, the day our team ( **Cow Tippers** ) declared victory in the quiz at Kate’s Pub. We ended up with 108 points, while two other teams tied for second with 100 each. ---

Most questions were worth 2 points. There were 40 traditional Q&A questions, 12 “identify the show that has this character” questions on a separate sheet of paper, and a visual round with 10 people. 132 possible points, since one of the 40 Q&A questions was worth a possible 10 points. (We got 0!) So we were done about 10:15, and the quiz started at 8:30. ---
