The other Eastside place I’d like to try: [Redhook Brewery](http://quiznight.net/venue/14), which is by all accounts insanely popular. It’s a cash-off-your-bill place, not a win-loads-of-money place, but with 30 teams competing maybe that’s all for the best. ---

To put “occasionally” in perspective – the last time the team played there I couldn’t go because my daughter was about to be born. That’s almost 26 months ago. Not that I wouldn’t be up for the Bayou. ---

Well, I’m hosting a quiz on 12/4 – but if you’re leaving that day, that’s not going to do you a lot of good. (It’d be great to meet you, of course, so if you can do it, that’d be cool.) I don’t know if I could also play in a Monday night quiz that week, but the rest of the group isn’t tied to a specific night that week the way I am. ---

I’m afraid I can’t do trivia tonight. I’ve gotten a bit behind at work, and it’ll mess other folks up if I don’t get to a certain point before the holiday. I told my brother that you’d be doing Mulleady’s, so don’t be surprised if you see him. However, I expect he’ll decide not to bother when I let him know I’m not going. I’ll be there. Do youall want me to bring the baby for a bit? It might be a little tricky: I think he can only be downstairs, and then only until 9pm. The quiz is upstairs, and it starts at 8. I’d be bringing him mainly so you all can gaze upon his cuteness, but it means we’d have to start at one place and move before quiz time. I’d send him home with my husband when we move upstairs. ---
