I am female, early 40s; I like all things purple; any chocolate–the darker, the better; socks (6-10 size; my shoe size is 7.5); weird kitschy stuff like what they have at [www.mcphee.com](http://www.mcphee.com) or anything similar; tea and coffee of all kinds; nuts of all kinds as long as they are plain/raw; scented things like candles are welcome; so are perfumes. ---

I’m in! I like books and candy. And toys, like dumb stuff you can put on your desk and play with when you should be working. (In this category, I already have a slinky and an awesome action figure of Shakespeare I got the last time I did SDSS.) I like pretty much anything, to be honest. 🙂 What fun! Woohoo! ---

Y’all are just warmin’ up the [Denis Leary] “cockles of my heart” [/Denis Leary] with all these Secret Santa sign-ups and I hope all of you get something really nice from your Santa. This is just a reminder that the deadline is midnight December 5th, and I will be ready to hit that ol’ **SEND** button and get all “Santa-Fied” my own self when I do! 😃 What is the number of the most participants we’ve ever had for this, anyone know? Whatever the number, I’d like to beat it this year, and have it go slicker than owl-shit, if we can. 😉 To that end, I will be watching which e-mails come back to me as undeliverable (whether my mistake or yours), and I will correct, so bear with me, okay? This is my first year! I usually just stick with the ornament exchange. Some hints: I’m 25, female, a pilot and weather enthusiast (you can do no wrong if you can manage to find something under $10). I love maps, nonfiction, iTunes, Cary Grant, card games, the Dope, and all things European. And I’m not very picky. 🙂 ---
