# Secret World: Anyone have issues downloading the client?

I bought it last weekend and I’ve yet to get it to start. I run the downloader and it stops and says “Fatal error” before it gets to the end. Any suggestions? I’ve emailed Funcom to no avail, and it seems it’s not an uncommon issue.
