Okay, There’s this guy in my other life (off line) I totally dig…he’s sweet, kind, gentle, funny, makes me smile even just thinking about him…but for reasons we can’t connect. I wont reveal his name or why we can’t connect, but everytime I see him I get butterflies in my stomach. I love to hear his voice. He is shy but I can imagine that we would have incredible sex together, and thinking about it makes me have all these girly feelings. Anyone else have secrets that they can’t totally reveal but want to disclose just enough to make it seem as though you have yelled it on a mountain top? ---

Yelling from the top of a mountain !! I met someone in person that I met on-line, and talk about incredible sex, was beyond your imagination. The reason I can’t reveal this is because he is married , sorry wives, but what are you doing while your husbands are on-line? ---

I have one, but the price would be too high. Even a hint on here would not be wise, but what I know would really hurt others if it were found out. I _cannot_, **will not** inflict needless pain on another person. Would I love to tell it? You darn betcha! ---

_gets out the dirty linen_ I’m a tad smitten with a lovely girl who works in another department (and building even). But due to levels of interaction, personal rules (mine) and professional responsibilties nothing developed. Well, actually it finally did. And we spent a few lovely evenings having fun - keeping all co-workers and colleagues in the dark of course. Until this week when she’s just shut up shop and has suddenly become distant. Here are some secrets I know that I can’t reveal in real life, but what the hey, I’ll just spill my guts here. My neighbor in the next stairwell has found herself a new “playmate” while her husband’s deployed in Albania. What a skank! I really, really hope he finds out, and sends her packing, and not just because she refuses to clean up her dogs messes… My downstairs neighbors like sex a lot. Especially on the weekends. I’m thinking of leaving them a note discreetly reminding them to keep the windows closed. Oh well, I’m happy that they’re happy. Now a sad secret…I know that one of my good friend’s husbands is making passes at other women (don’t know if he’s been sucessful or not). This is the **worst**! So far, I’ve kept my mouth shut because I don’t have any proof, but I think she suspects. As for me, I lead a disgustingly boring and wholesome life. Once, I accidently picked up somebody’s bag at a bus stop and I _meant_ to return it, and now it’s a year and a half later and the bag is still sitting in my cupboard. If anyone is missing a cd of the best love songs ever, let me know… ---

I posted something about my (now) ex-GF (I was nuts about her, but did not want to use the **“L”** word) on this board, and she nagged me until I told her my username. She looked it up, I was very humiliated and angry (at myself) that I told her. I guess this is not _technically_ a secret I did -not- tell, but I guess it still kinda belongs here. I hope it doesn’t stop anyone else though. ---

Wish I could tell. Can’t. Some things you’re just too afraid to say. It’s like purplebear said - the price would just be too high. And I’m with dropzone - don’t want to live to regret it. Can’t think of any happy secrets - if it’s happy, I doubt I’d keep it a secret. (Hell, when it’s not happy, sometimes I make something up so I can pretend it’s happy.)
