If the allegations in the article are true, I hope this woman spends the rest of her life in prison. She doesn’t deserve to be free ever again. ---

Aside from the child abuse charges, she’s guilty of MOM charges against special needs children. It’s a special felony if the children are developmentally disabled (I work in the DD field). She definitely needs to go to prison. My only question is why didn’t the witnesses (assistants, apparently?) report the abuse the first time they saw it? They would be mandadted reporters and they _must_ (not may) report abuse within 24 hours. They could be on the hook too if they saw this shit and didn’t report it. ---
