I don’t think it’s fair to make fun of someone because of his or her looks, weight, or name. But when said person acts like an absolute jerk, anything is fair game in my book. Maybe that makes me a jerk too, but it’s a policy I can live with. ---

All this time I thought it was a federal statute but a little cursory research shows that it’s just a Minnesota thing. I’m sure other states have similar laws but I made a mistake in assuming this woman would be subject to the laws that I am subject to as a care provider in my state. ---

The term “fat” can sometimes mean “extreme”. Like “big fat mouth”. Or “big fat lawsuit”. Nothing to do with tangibles. In this case, even if she weighed ninety pounds, her cruelty was such that she’d still be a “big fat” bitch. ---
