Again an old topic, but the one that brought me here, have just watched a film by G. Edward Griffin - A World Without Cancer - The Story of Laetrile

In this film it seems to suggest that the cyanide and another toxic part of the B17 vitimin aren’t released until within the blood and only at the site of a tumor, is this then false?
