# seeking advise from multi-cultural families regarding kids finding they are different

Maybe not. Unhappily, you do not make up the entire world that these children live in. The fact is that it matters very much to the people around them, in differing degrees and for different reasons. Pretending that it does not matter is a very bad idea for many reasons.
