OK, we’re going to try Trine. Installing now.

Choose the mage and the rogue and switch to the warrior if you need to (probably won’t need to). He’s the least useful and most boring character to play. The rogue and wizard are essential however, and lots of fun!

The Knight was a lot more awesome in Trine 2. That was definitely one of the issues they fixed for the sequel.

You’re pretty good with computers, right? I mean, you write programs to help you play message board games, so I assume so. If so, forgo the expense and install Wine to get access to PC exclusives. You may have to fiddle a bit, but that’s where my first sentence comes in.

Forgot a link. [Winebottler](http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/) is the easiest precompiled version to use. Or if you’d rather have an (automated) install from source, see [this tutorial](http://www.davidbaumgold.com/tutorials/wine-mac/).

Yeah, I’ve used Wine for a few things in the past, but it’s often more trouble than it’s worth, and leaves some features just not quite working right. And I don’t know if it’d even be possible to get it to work with Steam or other online systems, necessary since co-op is the point of the exercise.
