Who are the “street toughs” who steal Elaine’s (and the Soup Nazi’s) armoire from Kramer, and who beat up Kramer for not wearing the ribbon in the AIDS walk. Didn’t they have a third appearance too? A Baltimore Orioles hat. ---

The Van Buren Boys. Elaine wears an Orioles cap to the Yankess game where they have seats in the Owner’s Box, and she refuses to take it off, which results in her getting kicked out. ---

**BiblioCat** , yes on both but his GF lived **downtown**. I threw this in because the Lower East Side answer/question was being disputed. I believe that Kramer only said the “East Side” if Jerry didn’t want to be part of society. The Lower East Side is where K mans GF lived. **646** ---
