I already answered **Mr. Bookman**. It is: Who is the library guy who was after Jerry for not returning _Tropic of Cancer_? This actress played Jerry’s girlfriend on an episode where she pretended to be his wife in order to get a dry-cleaning discount. Extra points: This food condiment figured into the plot. ---
