# Selection of the new Democratic Presidential Ticket

It must be Harris and I expect it will be Harris.

At least one of my [guesses](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/biden-considering-dropping-out-update-biden-drops-out/1003690/2077) was right - this decision was already made. I expect it was made days ago. If so, I’m certain the Democratic party leadership and elites already have a plan on the works, and whatever they say publicly, it will almost certainly lead to Harris as the nominee.
