Elected to the Hall of Fame twice (NBA and Dream Team). Number retired by the Bulls. In 2022, the NBAs 75th Anniversary year, the top 75 NBA players of all time were announced and he was selected as the 32nd best NBA player of all time.

That Pippin is rarely mentioned in discussions of all-time great players. Like he was just there to hold Jordan’s jacket.
