No, the bottom line is that if it were possible to teach global IP law in an internet post then it would have been done. It’s not possible.
So if you have a question and want a decent answer you have to give all the information about what you want to do and where you want to do it. You can’t be coy just hint at what you want to do because you will end up with a disaster of misinformation like this thread.
